As an artist I am empowered by creating work that evokes my passions, my losses and my emotional journey. One of my passions in life is environmentalism and taking care of our planet. Within my projects I try to make others aware of plastic pollution and aim to inspire even just the smallest change. In recent years I have embarked on a journey of self-discovery and self-care. This has very much impacted my work and influenced its direction to become more abstract and emotional than in previous years. The work I create explores my life’s journey. Its open, it’s honest, and it’s me

Post-Distance

Post-Distance is a crucial display of work by final year, graduating BA (Hons)Fine Art students. It represents their commitment and ingenuity, a testament to their resilience at the end of a difficult year. Working across different media and contexts, this exhibition highlights what is possible, how limitations need not restrict and how it is always a good time to be artist.
