My Practice is driven by my desire to manifest the private and personal, distorting it, blurring it, and expanding it to reflect and reference wider social, political and theoretical issues. The domestic printer has become my major tool for creating, with analogue and digital editing being my methods for continually revisiting and evolving imagery. I believe in using mediums and materials that are more readily available and accessible. Questioning and critiquing certain expectations of the artist has become a burgeoning part of my practice.
The annual Degree Show is a highly anticipated event amongst staff, students, external partners and friends of the School of Art – it provides a platform for the work that the students have spent so long conceiving and producing.
