My work communicates the way I spent my lockdown of 2020-2021. My mum taught me how to crochet during this time to keep myself and my mind focused on something. Most days were spent together, in our living room, with a cup of tea, crocheting. Being surrounded within this ‘safe space’ allowed me comfort during this unknown time.
