Sadie Alpine is a Birmingham based artist mainly drawn to collage and digital ways of making, colour or the absence of it also being a large focus. Her work focuses on the enjoyment of making and themes which are of particular importance to her, such as social anxiety, the gender expectations of being female and political issues.
The annual Degree Show is a highly anticipated event amongst staff, students, external partners and friends of the School of Art – it provides a platform for the work that the students have spent so long conceiving and producing.
