“There are 27 people living in this jar”
“There are 27 people living” in this jar is an exploration of utopian narratives and terrarium building translated through the medium of fabric collage and mixed media techniques. In this work, I have illustrated participants’ stories and brought them to life, exploring speculative worlds and discussing the importance of these mini ecosystems.
The annual Degree Show is a highly anticipated event amongst staff, students, external partners and friends of the School of Art – it provides a platform for the work that the students have spent so long conceiving and producing.
