Life’s intricacies, the way we interact with them, and the unconventional inspire me. My practice explores concepts like birth, death, care, and the disconnect between us and the food we consume, driven by personal ethnography and an interest in traversing territories I do not entirely understand. Through absurd installations, sculptures, and mixed media, I often challenge viewers with tactile, uncanny pieces that blend humour with confrontation. Ambiguity reigns, inviting curiosity and discomfort alike. My aim is to illicit uncomfortable conversations and deeper understandings of our strange world.
