Combining art and Architecture – the example of OōEli
The Art District has always been a focus of contemporary art. From the initial Art Pioneer Park to the current Hangzhou OōEli, the mode of operation is changing. This time, I mainly analyze its operation mode through the architectural and artistic perspectives of OōEli. Taking OōEli as an entry point, I discuss the influence of art districts on the city, and from the perspective of the city, I think about whether the model in OōEli can be replicated in the future. In this brand-new model, I consider how OōEli intersperses artistic functions in each area, and a brief analysis of the methods they use. It is hoped that this study will provide a new idea for researchers who want to study Chinese art districts in the future.
