I am an artist developing my work to engage and reach new audiences, experimenting with different media and applications of material.
The featured artwork showcases my artistic journey, inspirations, and the innovative process in creating my style. My work involves using unconventional methods and apparatus with a variety of paints, inks and charcoals to explore relationships between the object, medium and the canvas. My main aim is to create a response within the viewer that impacts and moves them emotionally but also create a sense of endearment for the process and materiality of the work.
The annual Degree Show is a highly anticipated event amongst staff, students, external partners and friends of the School of Art – it provides a platform for the work that the students have spent so long conceiving and producing.
