Everything in the universe including the human body represents the accumulation of numerous vibrations. Each organ and cell in our body would vibrate when exposed to a particular frequency. Sound is produced by vibration, Sound bath is a great way to indulge yourself in a relaxing, meditative state. It can help you calm down, heal and discover yourself.

I designed a wearable device to simulate the process of a sound bath. It is inspired from Chinese medicine: the tubular materials are representative of the body’s meridians. The bell and the medicine circulate through the meridians to simulate the healing of a sound bath. When the wearable is worn, the bells in the “meridians” will vibrate at a particular frequency, and it is a metaphor for healing.
