I paint murals and people. I photograph people off-guard and paint them because I’m fascinated with other’s lives and the allowances and limitations of portraying them through art. I love the heaviness of oil paint and its vivid pigments. I get lost in the slow process of translating the snapshot onto canvas. The results are paintings which show a love of paint and people.

I’ve painted murals in shops, schools, homes, and gardens.

In the past few years I’ve been visiting Ghana. I do charity work there in schools. I’ve painted murals over there in some of the primary schools I’ve visited. Some of my paintings are from my photos of Ghana and my ‘Flow of Water (reused)’ Sculpture is made out of used drinking water bags from Ghana.
