Placemaking in the Mainstream: Attempts to Rectify Spatial Disparities in English Arts and Culture

This project responds to current attempts to address geographic inequalities in England through the government’s Levelling Up agenda and Arts Council England’s Let’s Create strategy. The project culminates in a series of recommendations to better address these spatial disparities through cultural policy.
